Zanskar, a trailblazing company using advanced data and innovation to unlock geothermal at scale, already had a brand in place, but it was not fully capturing the grit, precision, and technological edge of their mission. To evolve it, they turned to Big Monocle.
With the launch of their evolved brand, website, and signage, Zanskar amplified their visibility, attracted investor attention, and solidified their role as a leading voice in geothermal innovation. The sprint led process gave them a bold and cohesive identity that matches the scale of their ambition, positioning Zanskar to lead a new era of renewable energy powered by the limitless heat beneath our feet.


We began with an intensive sprint alongside the founders of Zanskar, aligning quickly on values, messaging, and visual direction. From this foundation, we reimagined their identity through the lens of the Earth’s layered strata with textures, colors, and forms drawn from geology and heat. The result is a visual system that feels both rugged and refined, with clean typography, earth toned palettes, and designs that suggest movement, depth, and transformation. The updated logo captures Zanskar’s drive to reveal hidden energy beneath the surface with clarity and precision.





The centerpiece of this work is Zanskar.com, designed as both a storytelling platform and an investor ready toolkit. With streamlined copy and bold imagery, the site leads visitors through the challenge, the opportunity, and Zanskar’s unique approach. The site pairs crisp design with immersive field photography and distilled content, turning complex ideas into clear and compelling stories.
